Kari Kopnick, LREDA Administrator

Kari Kopnick comes to LREDA with a lifetime of experience in Unitarian Universalist congregations; growing up in a tiny little Fellowship in Minnesota, working as a Religious Educator at Westside UU Congregation in Seattle, serving on the PNWD LREDA and the Continental LREDA boards and holding the Family Ministry and Online Learning portfolio as a Learning Fellow at the Church of the Larger Fellowship. Kari makes her home in Southern California and enjoys connecting with LREDA members near and far. 



Laurel Amabile, Director of Development

Laurel AmabileLaurel Amabile serves as LREDA's Development Director, in conjunction with the LREDA Endowment and Planned Giving Committee (LEC), LREDA Administrator, and Treasurer, to support the LREDA Endowment Committee's work on behalf of the LREDA Board and membership. Laurel is a mission-oriented development professional with 20 years of leadership, consulting, fundraising, stewardship, and innovative program design experience, focused on the development of prosperous organizations making a difference in their communities and the world. She also serves The Mountain.


Bea Ann Phillips, Conference Planner

Bea Ann PhillipsBea Ann Phillips is a former non-profit association manager with over 20 years of meeting planning, financial management and marketing experience.  In addition to content development and program implementation, Bea Ann has extensive experience handling the logistics for meetings, conferences and government relations forums for groups of 50 to over 1500, with a full range of meeting specifications.  Bea Ann is also a UU musician and is the Director of Children, Youth and SHINE choirs at the UU church of Arlington, VA
