Governance

LREDA is a 501c3 non-profit organization. It is governed by the Board of Trustees, which meets twice monthly or more often as needed. â€‹

 

​​Among their duties, the Board oversees the strategic plan for the organization, and provides oversight and guidance for its members, the Nominating Committee, Mentoring Program, Good Officers, and events

All our Committees are composed of volunteers.  If you are a LREDA member and interested in serving on a committee, please let us know by contacting the Nominating Committee (AKA the NomCom-icorns).

Annual Meeting

LREDA holds its Annual Meeting every June, where business items include election of new board and committee members, approval of the annual budget, and any required special votes or bylaws changes.
